Today I looked out on my porch and saw a little bird, I am guessing it was just a week or two old, and I was able to touch it and get some pretty cute photos of this little cutie. The sunrise this morning was absolutely gorgeous and I had a great time experimenting angles and lighting. Hope you enjoy!

Oh it is just too adorable!

He was poking around near our door, he just stood on the rug till I came out. :)

Those little feet. :)

This is a blurry photo but I like the perspective. The bird is almost hopping into my hand just so you know. :)

Weren't those pictures sweet!? I'd love to hear from you! Have you done a bird photoshoot before? Thanks for dropping by!

Sighing off,

Kalea Jerielle

Hi Y'all! Today I will be doing a post on photography! I am making a goal to post more on photography because that is one of the main subjects of my blog. I really enjoy macro and close up picture-taking, mostly of flowers and birds and today I will show some of my favorite work with you! I hope these will inspire you to go take some pictures! :)

Did you like this assortment of randomness? :) I'd love to hear from you! Do you enjoy taking pictures and what is your favorite subject in photography?

Have a fabulous day! Thanks for reading!

Do you get outside everyday? Do you immediately feel better? I love being outside, walking through my family's acres of woods. Below are a few things that I would recommend putting time for in your week. Being in nature is so awesome, you can really see all of God's awesome design!

Tip 1: Bring your journal outside with you, I personally think your head will clear and you'll be inspired to write more with the cool air.

Tip 2: Sketch!!!! This is my absolute favorite hobby and there are so many things to draw, all things in nature are beautiful in it's own way and I love to capture the little swirls, patterns, curves, and masterfully created things with watercolor, pencils, pens......

Tip 3: Photography. It doesn't matter what kind of camera you have, getting cool points of perspective, editing, and creating a picture that no one's ever seen before can be so fun and it also benefits you, more pictures for your blog. :)

Tip 4: Running, biking, or just walking outdoors can cheer you up instantly and it awakens all your senses, view (lovely flowers, birds, the complex-ness of a single leaf), smell (the wind carries so many fresh smells.....not to mention flowers scents...), sound (wind rustling in the trees, chirping of the birds, insects buzzing....).

Extras: Just a few more awesome ideas to do with nature. :)

1: Go on a picnic (sandwiches, lemonade, chips, homemade hummus...yes please)

2: Go hiking with all the essential gear: Compass (just for looks. you know..), camera, sketch pad and pencils, journal, water-bottle, lunch, hiking boots, and your favorite book.

3: Climb trees (if you're adventurous).

4: Collect an assortment of Christmas Ferns, ornamental grasses, flowers, and make a wintery bouquet!

That's all for today, Friends! Thanks so much for reading!

What are your favorite activities to-do in nature? Would you care to do a collab...contact me if so! What's the weather like where you live? Random Q: Do you like taking silhouette pictures?
